GelForge App License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of the GelForge mobile application software. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these licensing terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the GelForge app on your personal devices for your own use, subject to these terms and the App Store or Google Play terms of service.

2. Permitted Use

• Install and use the app on your personal devices
• Use the app for personal nutrition planning and recipe creation
• Access features according to your subscription tier

3. Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Do not redistribute, sublicense, or sell the app
• Do not use the app for commercial purposes without permission
• Do not share your account credentials
• Do not attempt to bypass security measures

4. Intellectual Property

The GelForge app, including all content, features, functionality, and intellectual property rights, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the app at any time. Updates may be required for continued use. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or specific features at any time.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or continuously available.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
